Prelasting allows for the leather and shape it to fit the size of the size 11 last

After a day of lasting the leather is glued down to the insole and when the glue cures the nails are removed before adding the outsole.

The inner socklining is the final step in the process. After the shoe has been completed and final they are ready to wear.
